J.H. Davidson & Associates, Inc. Employees 7 people working our territory. Jim Davidson, Steve Kaylor, Judd Davidson, Marc Rosenberg, Tyler Davidson, Mrs. Diane Brunner and Mrs. Evelyn Fegaly. Our company has represented quality utility manufacturers in our territory since 1975. We currently have 3 offices – the main office is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma with additional locations in Houston and Ft. Worth, Texas. Diane Brunner, Evelyn Fegaly, Judd Davidson, Tyler Davidson and I are in the Tulsa office; Marc Rosenberg is in Houston and Steve Kaylor is located in Fort Worth |

Jim Davidson, Principle & Chairman started in the electrical utility business in 1968. Jim went to work for Public Service Company of Oklahoma as an apprentice lineman and later became a journeyman lineman for Public Service Company which is now American Electric Power. In 1974 he went into the manufacturing agency business calling on the IOU’s, RUS and Municipality market in Oklahoma and Texas.Jim Davidson’s major accounts are AEP located in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Columbus, Ohio and the support person to all the outside sales people for all accounts and the main contact for all manufacturers represented by our company. |

Steve Kaylor is a graduate from Georgia University and has worked in the electrical industry for over 30 years. Steve was formerly with Cummins Utility Supply, VP of Sales. He brings with him a working knowledge of distributors that have worked with investor owned utilities as well as the public power market. Steve’s major account is ONCOR (TXU) located in Ft. Worth Texas, Brazos Electric, LCRA and all the major distributors in North Texas... Steve covers North Texas all accounts. Steve is the Vice President of J.H. Davidson & Associates, Inc |

Marc Rosenberg located in our Houston, Texas office graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Power Engineering Technology from the University of Houston. His early experience includes evaluating switchgear, transformers and many other overhead and underground distribution materials as a standards engineer for CenterPoint. He began his sales engineering career with McGraw Edison / Cooper Power Systems calling on the REA’s, Municipals, and Distributors in the North Texas Market. He opened a Central Texas office for Cooper Power Systems in San Antonio as a sales engineer calling on the REA’s, Municipals and Distributors in South Texas. Beginning in 1988, he continued gaining sales experience with Porcelain Products as a Region Sales Manager calling on Distributors, REA’s, Utilities, OEM’s and Industrials. Marc covers South Texas. Marc’s major accounts are CenterPoint located in Houston Texas, Texas, South Texas Electric Coop. All Public Power, Dashiell, as well as the Petrochemical Industry along the Houston cost line. |

Judd Davidson joined J.H. Davidson & Associates, Inc. in 2003. After ending his college with the University of Arkansas Judd came to work for J.H. Davidson & Associates, Inc. covering the Public Power market in Oklahoma, Arkansas & West Texas. Judd also calls on the area engineers... Judd’s major account are Excel Energy located in Amarillo, Texas and Oklahoma Gas & Electric in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Tyler Davidson joined our company in June of 2007. Tyler graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Business and Finance degree. Tyler’s responsibility is outside sales for our company as well as the financial and administrative side of our business. Tyler is located in our Austin, Texas office. Tyler’s main accounts are City Public Service Company in San Antonio, Austin Energy in Austin, Texas, LCRA and the major distributor in the Austin area as well as the Public Power accounts in this area.

Diane Brunner is the main contact for inside sales as well as our office manager in our Tulsa office. She joined J.H. Davidson & Associates, Inc. in July of 1998 and continues to gain product knowledge and assist in creating mutually beneficial relationships with all of our distributors’ sales staff and manufacturers. She maintains communications with manufacturers to stay current on products and procedures to facilitate the purchasing process for distributors and end users. |

Christy North joined our company in February of 2011. Christy graduated from Southwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor in Computer Information Systems with a Business emphasis. She has over 12 years experience with inside sales, customer service, and administrative support in various Industrial fields. Christy’s responsibilities will include inside sales and administrative duties. |

We have relationships with the distribution, transmission and substation design and standards engineers within our territory. As well as the major electrical distributors and consulting engineers.
Our trade territory will include the entire State of Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, and Northern Louisiana. All properties of American Electric Power including Columbus, Ohio head quarters for AEP. In Texas, all accounts excluding El Paso. Arkansas all accounts. Oklahoma all accounts.
The Public Power Market is a very large part of our business and our company will respond to their needs in any way possible.
